Q. How should I take care of the pleated mesh?
A. For daily care, tap the dust off lightly with a duster, and then wipe the screen using a damp cloth or sponge. Place your hands on both sides of the screen and wipe the mesh vertically along the pleat line as if kneading it. Accumulation of dust, debris, and pet hair may cause rough opening and closing or other problems. Regularly remove accumulation by using a vacuum cleaner. When door becomes very dirty wipe using a damp cloth that has been soaked in lukewarm water and mild detergent, then wipe using a damp cloth soaked in clean water.
Q. Can Seiki’s retractable screens be installed on already installed doors?
A. Yes, all our products are designed to be installed even after homes have been constructed.
Q. What is pleated mesh?
A. Pleated mesh was originally developed as a compact way to keep insects out but has been gaining popularity for its decorative design. The pleats have been manufactured to hold their shape for many years using Seiki’s extensive experiences.

Q. What is the maximum size for each model?
A. Monarch Glide is our largest model. Single panel: up to W4500 × H3700 mm Double panel: up to W9000 × H3700 mm Other models have their own recommended size ranges. Contact us with your opening size and we’ll advise the best suited model.
Q. I have no technical experience with screens. Is that a problem?
A. Not at all. More than half of our partners are new to the insect screen business. We provide: Full technical training (assembly & installation) Manuals, drawings, and ongoing support Products designed for first-time users and general contractors Our systems are engineered so you can install and assemble them confidently—even with no prior experience.
Q. Do you provide training? How does it work?
A. Yes. We provide comprehensive training. Training is typically conducted: On-site at our headquarters or production base, or online, depending on your situation. You can observe the full assembly process and try to assemble the product yourself during the training session. Our screens are engineered for easy installation and smooth assembly, making training quick and effective.
Q. Can you handle screens for very large openings?
A. Yes. Our flagship model Monarch Glide supports: Single panel: up to W4500 × H3700 mm Double panel: up to W9000 × H3700 mm Moreover, we have some experiences providing over sized screens (Not covered by warranty) based on special project requirements.
